Chad T. Archibald
About
Chad Archibald was raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in legal studies from Oklahoma State University. After leaving undergraduate school, Chad attended the University of Kansas School of Law where he found his passion for the courtroom competing in Tral Advocacy and Moot Court competitions. Before graduating, he relocated to Dallas to finish law school as a visiting student at SMU Dedman School of Law specializing in Texas procedure and evidence, while working full time for the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office.
After passing the bar exam, Chad went on to work for a boutique medical malpractice defense firm specializing in litigation and trial defense. He's represented physicians of all specialties in litigation and Medical Board actions, as well as the corporate entities involved in hospital administration, including one of the largest emergency department staffing entities in the Nation.
Gaining valuable experience and a wealth of medical knowledge, Mr. Archibald transitioned from medical malpractice defense to trial-focused civil defense and went to work as a senior trial attorney for the largest publicly owned insurance company in the United States. He represented individuals across the metroplex in lawsuits related to automobile and homeowner’s insurance policies. During his tenure, he took numerous cases to trial and obtained favorable jury verdicts, one of which being the first and only virtual jury trial in Dallas County history – a testament to his adaptability and forward-thinking approach in the courtroom.
Chad further expanded his expertise and went to work for trucking defense firms where he represented corporate entities, as well as their commercial truck drivers in litigation of varying complexity throughout Texas. Through his experience working closely with several of the largest insurance companies in the Nation, he gained valuable insight into the workings of the claims process, and he learned the true nature of how insurance companies handle injury claims due to negligent acts ranging from:
- 18-Wheeler Truck Accidents;
- Automobile Accidents;
- Motorcycle Accidents;
- Pedestrian Accidents;
- Animal Bites;
- Slip and Fall; and
- Wrongful Death.
Chad Archibald is a zealous advocate who passionately fights for the rights of individuals who have been injured or wronged by someone else’s negligence to ensure they receive the justice they deserve. He is committed to doing the best for his clients and is more than willing to go to trial to see that justice is done. Outside the courtroom, Chad indulges in his love for scuba diving, adventures with his yellow lab Jax, and Atlanta Braves baseball.
